Brian and his team did an excellent job replacing our 20-year-old roof. Due to the weather, we dealt with a couple of delays, but Brian had great communication and was very accommodating. His team worked hard on a bitter cold day in December and did a wonderful job cleaning up all of the debris. Our new roof looks beautiful! Cool Water Roofing was recommended to us by two trustworthy friends and now we have recommended them to our neighbor.

Guys did a fantastic job with our new roof! They were on time, very clean with drop cloths and other safety measures, and installed the roof during a period of high winds. I found out about them through a property manager at Equine Meadows, and contacted Brian right away. Their warranty, professionalism, and quality workmanship, from the free quote until competition, was outstanding. Thanks Brian and "team".

Derrick and his team did a beautiful job on our home. He answered questions I had and walked me through the process of anything I was unsure of. Quick responses from day one. He was transparent, professional, and knowledgeable. He will do right by you. His team was nothing less than professional, amazing talet, and strong work ethic. They worked their hearts out from dawn to dusk. I will recommend them 100% of the time. If we purchase another property in the future, I will be contacting them.
