Both. A lot of our work is single-slope repairs, flashing fixes, ridge cap replacement, pipe boots, valley work, and small storm patches. We don't mind small jobs — an honest repair done well is the best advertising we get.
If we find storm damage that looks like a covered claim, we walk you through the paperwork, meet your adjuster on the roof, and only do work that's been approved. We bill the carrier directly when the claim is paid. Wind and hail are the most common covered events in York County.
Yes. Porch roofs, garage roofs, additions, small commercial — we patch and reseam EPDM and TPO with heat-welded or chemical-bonded seams depending on the membrane. If the membrane is past the patch stage we'll tell you that too.
If we get on the roof and find that a repair won't hold up — widespread granule loss, deck rot, multiple failure points — we'll tell you that, in writing. No high-pressure conversion. You get the repair quote AND the replacement quote, and you decide which one makes sense for the home.
