We use what you share with us for exactly one reason: to get back to you about your roof. That means calling or emailing you to schedule an inspection, send an estimate, answer a question, or follow up on a job we're already doing for you.
We don't put you on a mailing list, we don't send newsletters, and we don't pass your contact information along to other roofers, lenders, or anyone else looking to sell you something.

That's the entire list. We don't sell your information. We don't trade it. We don't share it with marketing partners. If a third party ever needs your information (for example, if your insurance carrier asks for an estimate we wrote), we will only share it with your permission.

We hold onto form submissions for as long as we reasonably need them to do the work you asked us about — usually until the job is finished or until it's clear you've decided to go in a different direction. After that, we don't actively use it for anything, though it may stay archived in our email for our records.
If you'd like us to delete a form submission you sent us, just ask. Send a quick note to sales@coolwaterllc.com and we'll take care of it.
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through our forms, contact us and we'll delete it.
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS, which encrypts what you type before it reaches Formspree. We do our best to keep our email accounts and records secure on our end — that means strong passwords, two-factor authentication where we can, and not sharing your information by mistake.
No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your information the same way we'd want ours to be treated.
If we change anything important on this page, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be obvious — we won't try to slip anything past you.
