Derrick and his team were great. I had them out in late winter to evaluate what looked to be a shrink, swell issue of the plywood material under a roof that Cool Water Roofing installed in March 2018. His team went the extra mile and determined the cause and took time to explain and make repairs. The new roof in 2018 came with a Lifetime Labor Warranty. I honestly didn’t know what to expect of the warranty and whether it had value, as different contractors and companies handle so differently. In my business warranties are only as good as the company behind them. Derrick and Cool Water get a A++. Highly recommend.
