"We are happy with our new roof! They came on time and got right to work, and worked until the roof was done. It looks great!"
"From start to finish the crew did a great job. The owners kept me informed every step of the way and this was not an easy job. The guys had to replace 38 sheets of plywood and fix many trusses before they could install the shingles. The cost was very reasonable."
"Cool water replaced roof as said. Great job. Good workers."
"Derrick came out within a couple of days. He explained what we needed and gave us a price right then — much less than expected. The crew was very quiet and professional. We were not charged any more than our original quote, even though our roof was 26 years old."
"Derrick is great to work with. Quick response, great communication. Couldn't ask for a better install! Completely done start to finish in about 6 hours. This is our second roof from Cool Water, and I highly recommend them!"
"Cool Water Roofing did an exceptional job. The entire crew worked efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up. Outstanding work at a competitive price. I highly recommend their services."

A 5.0-star rating across 71 Google reviews isn't an accident. Cool Water Roofing has spent nearly two decades building a single-crew roofing company that York, PA homeowners can call by name — not a national franchise that subs the work out and disappears the day after the deposit clears. Every review on this page came from a real York County neighbor whose roof we replaced, repaired, or inspected ourselves.
The same Cool Water Roofing team that gives you the free estimate is the team tearing off shingles on install day. No language barrier between the bid and the job. If something goes sideways on your York PA roof, the person who answers the phone is the person who can fix it.

That kind of footprint means we've already seen the framing, ventilation, and storm patterns common to homes built in this part of Pennsylvania.
Reviews mention drop cloths, magnetic nail sweeps, and tidy yards for a reason — clean job sites are policy, not a courtesy. We treat your landscaping and AC condenser like our own, and our crew leaves the property as they found it on every roof replacement and repair we run in York PA.
